Cannot print due to incorrect range selected in print properties.
Cause:
The incorrect range is selected in the Printer properties sheet.
Solution:
Select the 'File' menu and select 'Printers...'. Select the correct option in the 'Print Range' group.
1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Print...'. (The Print dialog box appears.)
2) Click 'Properties...'. (The Printer Properties dialog box appears.)
3) Select the correct print range from the 'Print Range' group.
a) If printing from EXCEL:
1] To print a selected area, select the 'Selection' radio button in the 'Print What' group.
2] To print one or multiple sheets in a workbook, select the 'Selected Sheet(s)' radio button in the 'Print What' group.
3] To print the entire workbook, select the 'Entire Workbook' radio button in the 'Print What' group.
b) If printing from POWERPOINT:
1] To print the entire presentation, select the 'All' radio button, in the 'Print Range' group.

a] Select the 'Slides' radio button, in the 'Print Range' group.

b] Type the desired slide numbers in the 'Slides' box.
4] To print a selection, select the 'Selection' radio button, in the 'Print Range' group.

c) If printing from WORD:
1] To print the entire document, select the 'All' radio button, in the 'Print Range' group.

2] To print the current page, select the 'Current Page' radio button, in the 'Print Range' group.
3] To print specified pages:
a] Select the 'Pages' radio button, in the 'Print Range' group.
b] Type the desired page numbers in the 'Pages' box.
4] To print a selection, select the 'Selection' radio button, in the 'Print Range' group.
4) Click 'OK' to print.
